In my early 40s everything shifted with the onset of peri-menopause. It was a time of transformation-physically, mentally, and emotionally. I found myself on a journey of self-discovery, learning, and breaking through comfort zones. As I shared my experiences, I realised how many other women were going through the same thing, searching for support, answers, and guidance.
That's when my small business was born-on impulse, but driven by passion ten years ago and has organically evolved into a holistic space dedicated to women's intentional living.
